Return & Refund Policy

If the item you purchased is defective simply call our office within 14 days after you receive your item to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number for a complete merchandise refund or exchange. Once you receive an RA# the item MUST be returned and received in our office within 10 days. After 14 days, No return will be accepted. All returns must be in resalable and contain the original packing material, manuals. Shipping costs are not refundable, even if you originally had free shipping or paid a promotional shipping price not resulting from seller's error.

A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to merchandise that is not defective. All merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's box. Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for all returns. TAX & CUSTOMS : Import duties & taxes are not included in item price or shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your country's customs office to determine import costs prior to purchasing.
